Chirstmas , What Christmas!
The run up to Christmas is normally a very quiet time of the year in the Software World as many companies use the time to tie up any loose ends from the current year but after WSM proivded an on site demonstration of what WSM Digital Pen Plus can do, the official order arrived a few days later on Descember 20th. Skip forward to early January and WSM are well underway with converting their existing SQL database onto the WSM platform and on target to Deliver the finished database by the end of January.

All Data is now captured via their main engineer’s worksheet which auto creates a full Payroll report at a click of a button. Silverlife are the latest Company to use WSM's Digital Form based Service Management Software
Silverlife have signed up for WSM Digital Pen Plus to streamline their admin processes into one easy to use Platform. One of the key benefits was seen to be the ability to have all Customer, Contract, suppliers, maintenance data and documents all in one place. The ability to transfer all of this data seemlessy to Sage also means that there is no Duplication of data entering New Customeres, Suppliers, Invoices or Supplier Invoices. They are simply added to WSM Digital Pen Plus and they are automatically added to Sage.
As with all customers, the solution is delivered as a "Ready To Go" database with all Silverlifes existing data imported and organised so that from day one , it is a fully operational system.
